Roles you can apply for
Security Officers
Static guarding, access control, patrols and site-security duties. Current PSiRA registration is normally required for regulated security work.
Supervisors
Site supervision, officer management, inspections, reporting, rosters and client-service support.
Armed Response Personnel
Response-related duties subject to appropriate PSiRA registration, competency, firearm and operational requirements.
VIP Protection Personnel
Executive protection, secure movement, close-protection support and specialist assignments subject to competency and client requirements.
Control Room Operators
Alarm, CCTV, tracking, radio and operational communications support.
Electronic Security Technicians
CCTV, alarms, access control, tracking and related technical installations within authorised competence.
Fire & Safety Personnel
Fire and safety support, inspections coordination and technical duties within relevant qualifications, approvals and competence.
Investigators
Investigative support and case-related work within lawful and regulatory scope.
Business Developers
Corporate prospecting, site-assessment coordination, proposals, tenders, relationship development and client acquisition.
Commission-Based Marketers
Independent lead generation and client introductions under a written marketing/commission agreement. Commercial terms are agreed privately with Unit 5.
Administration & HR
Recruitment administration, employee files, onboarding, compliance records, client support and office administration.
Other Specialist Roles
Drone support, training, tracking, fleet coordination, corporate security and specialist technical roles as operational needs expand.

Security / Operational Applicants
- Updated CV
- Valid identity document / lawful work documentation
- Current PSiRA registration details where applicable
- Relevant qualifications and training certificates
- Driver's licence where required
- Firearm competency or specialist certification only where relevant to the role
- Contactable employment references where available
Business Development / Marketing Applicants
- Updated CV or professional profile
- Sales, marketing or business-development experience
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Existing corporate networks are advantageous
- Ability to prospect and maintain a pipeline
- For commissioned marketers, willingness to sign Unit 5's independent marketer and confidentiality documentation
